The main entrance is designed to welcome families and groups. It features a large 2.40 m × 90 cm wardrobe for coats and ski jackets, as well as a 2 m double shoe rack, ideal for organising boots, shoes and equipment. It provides easy access to the shower room and utility kitchen.

Large shower room

The 9 m² shower room is designed for outdoor enthusiasts, including guests travelling with dogs. It features a large walk-in shower with a small integrated step, a single vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet, practical tiled flooring and hairdryer.

Utility kitchen

The 13 m² utility kitchen is perfectly equipped for large groups, with two refrigerators, a freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage. It also provides direct access to the sauna and hot tub.

Dining room

The dining room measures more than 50 m² and is filled with natural light thanks to five floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the countryside. It features a large 6 m × 1.30 m table seating up to 20 people, a 48-inch Smart TV, 20 matching chairs and a storage unit for small items. Direct access to the 38 m² wraparound balcony, equipped with tables for eight and four people, makes it easy to enjoy outdoor meals and drinks.

Fireplace lounge

The approximately 40 m² lounge features a modular sofa, a 55-inch Smart TV, an LG soundbar and two floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a 10 m² balcony with two relaxation chairs and unobstructed views of the countryside and mountains.

The 22 m² main kitchen is fully equipped with a double-bowl sink, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge-freezer with chilled water dispenser, five-zone induction hob, extractor hood, Thermomix TM5, Cookeo, 3D oven, bar with integrated sink, citrus press and four stools. Three windows provide plenty of natural light, while the kitchen opens directly onto the living area and terrace.

The 15 m² Bedroom 1 features a 180 × 200 cm double bed plus a 90 × 200 cm single bed (or three 90 × 200 cm beds), with Linvosges bedding, two windows and immediate access to the shower room on this floor.

The entire 3,000 m² property is accessible and features two large folding wooden tables with benches. They can be used for meals, picnics or drinks wherever you prefer, depending on the shade, sunshine or view. It is a wonderful space for making the most of nature and outdoor activities.
